Lil Uzi Vert Sued For $600,000 Over Missed Concert

Lil Uzi Vert Sued For $600,000 Over Missed Concert:
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Lil Uzi Vert was supposed to perform in Tuscon, Arizona last October, but failed to come around causing promoters to have to ultimately cancel the show. The “Heavy Metal” artist signed a contract in August to solidify the deal, however when October 20th came around he was nowhere to be found. They are suing him for $600,000 to cover their losses he has caused them.
The Tuscon Convention Center issued this statement through Twitter the night before Lil Uzi’s show:
This isn’t the first time he has landed himself in trouble for missed appearances as he paid a $30,000 fine back in March, 2017.
The Philly artist has recorded a new album called Eternal Atake, but its release seems uncertain as he’s teased the idea of retirement. He also made a contribution to Lil Pump’s Harverd Dropout on the track “Multi Millionaire” and ended out on 2018 with an awkward interview with Nardwuar.
